At twenty-five years old, Mimi Webb has already carved out a career that reads like the work of someone twice her age. She began writing songs at only thirteen, when most of her peers were still figuring out who they wanted to be. The early spark of curiosity and dedication to her talent quickly grew into an unstoppable drive. Which now leads into a new chapter for the songstress as she prepares to take her latest album, Confessions, on the road.

“I have never been more ready to tour,” she says with a spark in her eye, “and I’m so excited for people to finally hear this album the way it is meant to be heard.”
Her first album, Amelia, carried an air of mystery, with hidden messages tucked between the lyrics like secret notes passed in a classroom. She still speaks of that debut with affection and pride, but admits that her new work feels like a different world
all together. “I will always love that first album,” she explains, “but this one is more honest, and it shows that I feel grown up in a new way. It is a turn of events and a journey of self-love.” The songs weave through different shades of heartbreak, not only the kind found in romance but also the quiet lessons of friendship, change, and the complicated relationship a person can have with oneself.

Since she began writing Confessions, Webb has been confronting the experiences that shaped her over the past years and has been pouring them onto the page. She describes songwriting as a form of release, a way to make sense of moments that might otherwise weigh too heavily. Just as important, she emphasizes the role of the relationships
around her. “Having friends there for you through everything is so important,” she reflects, “and I feel such gratitude for all I have gone through because it has made me stronger and given me the stories I needed to tell.”
As tour life approaches, Webb is clear about the mindset she wants to carry with her. Being present has become her mantra, and she hopes to savor each moment carefully, rather than let it rush by in a blur.
“I am so excited for the tour, and I cannot wait to see everyone’s faces,” she says with a smile that suggests equal parts joy and relief. For her, the stage is not only a place to perform but a space to connect and to feel the energy of songs that began as private reflections now shared with thousands of voices singing them back.
When Webb last toured, she was still finding her footing as artist on stage. Now she feels the difference, powerfully, describing how she has grown into her crowd. The process of recording her new album gave her a fresh sense of confidence both in her voice and in the stories she wanted to tell. She says that from the very first writing sessions, she could picture herself performing the songs under lights, imagining the moment when the words would belong to her fans just as much as to her.

Over the years, Webb has learned that we change and navigate different situations and that growth often comes from dealing with the most challenging times. Through it all, meditation has become an essential part of her routine, giving her the calm she needs to balance the pace of her career. The process of recording her new album gave her a fresh sense of confidence both in her voice and in the stories she wanted to tell.
At the heart of her balance are the people she loves most. Family and friends remain her grounding force even as her schedule grows more demanding and her music reaches new audiences. Webb values her independence as much as her connections and makes time to be on her own when she needs it. Known among her team as a careful pre-planner, she still reminds herself to step back and try to be in the moment. “Having friends and family close and having a schedule that keeps me steady is so important,” she explains, “it is what helps me stay grounded while I keep moving forward.”
For Webb, life has become a whole scenario of events, a mix of discipline, spontaneity, love, and self-discovery all feeding into the music she creates. Webb often reflects on the idea that everyone is searching for meaning, and she believes the best way to find it is to enjoy what you are doing in the present moment. One of the artists she has always admired is Adele, whose voice and down-to-earth spirit remind her of what it means to stay true to yourself no matter how high you rise.

“My British roots are so important to me,” she says proudly, “they shape who I am and the way I tell my stories.” On stage, she lights up the room with the same sincerity she carries off stage, but she is also clear about balance. “Having time to be myself is just as important as everything else,” she adds, “because that is where I find the strength to keep going.”
With Webb’s growing sense of self, nothing can stop her. The lights will rise and the crowd will roar, but it is Webb’s heart and values which shine the brightest, growing stronger at every performance. With her music conveying honesty and her spirit radiating joy, it is hard to ignore a presence as genuine and unstoppable as Mimi Webb’s.
